Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: While we hope everyone has a awesome experience and 99.9% do we want you to be fully happy! Our return policy is 30 days only on devices with a 25% restocking fee. Live TV under no circumstances is refundable. Shipping fees are not refundable. Remember sometimes if you are technologically challenged it can frustrating at first to use the device. That is why we have 24x7 support via email. We strive for the best customer service. Just describe your problem and we can do our best to help.
Q: What is SPMC?
A: SPMC is an unofficial fork of Kodi for Android created by Team Kodi developer Koying. While technically unofficial, it contains various "experimental" fixes and settings that can sometimes help users when the normal Kodi for Android doesn't work on their specific hardware, and is sometimes used to test new or exprimental features and functions.
SPMC has a different app ID from Kodi, so both can be installed side by side at the same time.
Q: Are Netflix Or Hulu Free?
A: No, Only The Content Within SPMC And Streaming Apps We Install Are Free. Pretty Much Anything You Can Find On Netflix, Hulu, Hbo, Etc (Content wise) Is Available To Watch Through SPMC For Free.
Q: What Is The Recommended Internet Speed Required For Streaming?
A: We Suggest Minimum 20 Mbps.
Q: Can I Cancel My Cable Or Satellite Service And Use This For Live Tv?
A: This is a loaded question. If You Watch Live Tv Everyday Then we would Say Only With Our Live TV Add On (KSAM123 TV) can you cancel cable tv. If You Are A Person That Mainly Watches Netflix, Hulu, Etc Then we Would Say Yes.
You Can Watch Free Live Tv with other FREE add ons loaded on the stick With This But It Is Not 100% Hd And Not 100% Reliable. You Will Not Find Local Live Tv Channels. For local channels we suggest you pickup an antenna to supplement the device.
Q: How Can I Keep SPMC Up To Date With The Most Current Addons And Features?
A: Everything Is Updated Behind The Scenes Daily. Sometimes You Will See Update Boxes Popup. Please Go Ahead With The Updates If There Is A Prompt.
Q: How do I delete cache & purge packages?
A: Both of these functions essentially throw out the 'garbage' files that accumulates similar to a computer (cookies/temporary internet files) as you use a device more more of these files will build up. These should automatically delete out from our new builds. 2018 going forward.
Q: Having issues with Ksam123tv add on? Try this below.
A: Go over the KSamTV123 logo from video add ons (select the 3 lines logo button on your remote, to the right of the home logo button): Settings -> Maintenance -> Reset channel(s) program info
If the above still doesn't work for you: Restart device -> Settings -> Maintenance -> Reset everything -> Restart device -> Load
Q: ARE THE MOVIES & TV SHOWS IN HD?
A: Yes, most of the content on our devices is available in either 1080p, 720p or standard quality. Not all content is available in HD quality, for example if something is very new it most likely will not be available in HD format. We do not have control over the content or add-ons.
Q: CAN I STREAM LIVE TV?
A: Yes, you can stream the most popular local and international TV channels, however live streams will not be in HD quality, at best 480p or 570p depending on the add-on you are using. For full HD cable experience we recommend purchasing our Ksam123 live tv service. Low monthly cost at a fraction of cable.
Q: HOW DO I CONNECT THE KSAM123 FIRE Stick TO THE TV?
A: It's very simple, the stick connects directly in to your HDMI port, you can use the HDMI extender supplied in the box.
Q: CAN I USE THE KSAM123 FIRE TV ON ANOTHER TV?
A: Yes, simply remove the device from the current TV and plug it in to another.
Q: HOW RELIABLE IS THE CONTENT OR ADD-ONS?
A: The add-ons installed may stop working or give you an error while trying to auto update, this is something we do not have any control over. The add-on authors only have such control. While add-ons can stop working this tends to be temporary, if an add-on update fails don't worry it will re-attempt at a later time. There are many other add-ons you can use if one does not work. Some links to content may not work, just select another from the list of many available.
Q: WHAT ELSE DO YOU INSTALL ON THE DEVICE?
A: Independent of SPMC, we also install Mobdro, Terrarium, Cyberflix, and many other adds ons. All are subject to change as we install the best available add ons at the time of your purchase.
